1968
In 1968 BMB Manifattura Borse started with its first Florentine workshop, where products were crafted in its own name. In 1984 BMB Manifatturiera Borse is incorporated as a registered Company, two years later starts production of small leather goods for international fashion brands and in 2000 BMB Manifattura Borse expands its production facilities and starts subcontracting leather goods for prominent luxury brands. In 2013 the Company is acquired by German investment fund Halder to support its growth and 2018 is marking fifty years of activity with the Company evolving to become a modern and recognized luxury multi-brand manufacturing platform, counting on high-end collaborations..
In 2019 a management buy-out has taken the Company back to its entrepreneurial roots..

BMB Manifattura Borse has past its 50th anniversary, quite a goal!

The Company’s Mission is to offer a highly competent development and production platform to international luxury brands through its product knowledge, craftsmanship and industrial expertise.
BMB Manifattura Borse manages its production flow with more than 100 direct employees
and external fully certified and exclusive contractors that employ additional 240 skilled workers and technicians.
The use of up-to-date processes and the steady control of each phase allows the Company to master accurately back-to-back information flow, quality output and reliable, on-time, deliveries to all its customers.
Since many years the Company is a top supplier of prestigious luxury brands, for both their iconic carryover styles as well as for their more elaborated couture and runway items.

from research & development, prototyping and productions, all in one or tailored to our customers’ requirement.
Since 2017 a new management has spearheaded the Company’s business model into a b2b multi-brand manufacturing platform, increasing considerably its production capacity through technical innovation and process simplification.
